JM Chua is indeed an asshole, and can’t punch to save his life.

JM may have little patience towards someone, but he wouldn’t simply punch someone with no reason at all. I myself would tell you that he isn’t connected to LU anymore.
And you say that LU is making a serious effort to engage the blogosphere? Carlo Ople or even Mon Macutay posts the game’s updates there without posting them at the official website or even the official forums leaving the players, his customers, in the dark – like, they are already leaving their own responsibilities to even just tell someone to inform the players just for the sake of blogging.
