Apparently because the execs thought if they cannot get in touch w/ the common people’s mind, the show won’t fly with the RATINGS.
Once again, a show hampered by the lack of balls a creative/productive/executive team can pull off, opting for feed for ratings than stimulate the mind. I’m watching the first part of the primer and it REEKS of simple mindedness.
One of the production team talks about like its a ‘hassle’ to report to toei their every movement of their production of the pinoy version of zaido. Well DUH even Toei’s name and product is on the line with a pinoy remake. Of course they’d be concerned about the direction of things.
You are so Korek mykk! If ever maganda sana ang paggawa din we can show it internationally but again thinking inside of the box.
Ok…sapat na yung episode kagabi para bigyan ng conclusion ang Zaido…IT SUCKS! forget about watching the 9 left episodes, nakakairitang panoorin. Ang sarap i-crash ang website ng GMA o kaya o kaya…nevermind, gusto kong kalimutan yung mga nakita ko kagabi kaya manonood nalang ako ng Masked Rider 555 Dvd ko.

nde ko cya napanood pero sbi ko nga primer plang disgusted na ako.sa quality. and guess what ung mga family and friends ko na nanood agreed na pangit nga ung production.
ANNIE, anong may cnabi ung SFX? malayo nga ung quality nila e. although agree ako sau na kung tsinaga lang un, malamang e magkapareho nga cla ng quality. anyway, lastikman’ s SFX was really wicked. kung ganyan ba tlaga lahat ng SFX nila, aantayin ko tlaga maskiman nila eh, un e kung gagawin nga nila.
yes M.R. Kabuto is pretty good. Nice storyline between 2 guys and 1 girl (not as obvious as you think it is). Of the 2 guys, 1 starts out as a protagonist and the other as an antagonist. Pretty decent story too. I liked the special too.
And what mykk says definitely lingers: We can’t show it internationally otherwise if it bombs, the fact that they still see philippines with our bahay kubos and bukids will kinda stick w/ that reality even if its a work of fiction. Even the 80’s version was pretty modern consistently.
Enjoy your 40% ratings in exchange for making poop and butthurt from your efforts in Zaido, GMA7 and the directive crew. And of course, the GMA kapuso hardcores who will eat it up and claim its the best fine cuisine they’ve ever tasted, in as well with that bastardization of marimar too.
