YouTube Live Tokyo is about to start, but the numbers are in for YouTube Live in San Francisco: 700,000 concurrent viewers.

Ready for YouTube Live?

Live online video is nothing new. Startups like Ustream and Justin.tv have been offering it for over a year. Google-bankrolled online video leader YouTube, however, likes to bide their time before rolling out features.
