    Well, sometimes, we have to laugh once in a while, at least, we have a reason to laugh. There are idiots all around and we couldn’t blame the government paying people to do a job to make us laugh. It’s a heroic undertaking. BTW, why cancel? When everyone has started to laugh.

    Wow, this circular was proposed on April 2007 and they are only holding a public hearing 21 months after?
