I’ve been a consumer of CDR king for a long time and they always see to it that their products are good. If the product that you purchased are somewhat defective you can return it and they will replace it.

BTW they have the technician’s booth to test the hardware you purchased before you go. This is good for consumer’s peace of mind.

If you don’t know how to use gadgets and other hardware please read and understand them first or better ask for help. This will minimize accusations and false remarks.

    Good luck Gerald

Hi, I think the action taken is being fair. These discs do become a medium of piracy. I’m also a customer of cd-r king, but not a fan, I’ve always hated their return and exchange policies and often low quality products. I hope they would start to sell quality products.
