wtf! kahit kelan tlaga law makers natin halata may pinapaboran sa paggawa ng batas. laging nagrereserve ng loose ends para may lusot mga kumpadre. IMHO, bkit naman kailangan pa dumaan sa OMB kung mag import ka ng optical or magnetic media? trabaho na ng CUSTOMS yun. hindi naman yun ang dapat nilang (OMB)iregulate kundi ung paraan ng paggamit! as for CDR-king case, ala naman sila pinarata diba! blank nga eh!
