(UPDATE, 6:16 PM GMT+8: When he attacked me over a question about Alodia’s engagement with Level Up, JM Chua failed to mention that he no longer works for Level Up. Level Up Marketing Manager Mon Macutay has informed me that Mr. Chua has not been connected with Level Up since November 2006. Mr. Chua now […]Click here to continue reading "Gaming Supervisor Punches Blogger"...Gaming Supervisor Punches Blogger

he is handsome *wink wink* … and i hate the ajax submit comment button coz it’s sometimes broken, and i have to press it again since it didn’t submit my comment.
I am a member of filcosplay too, but I am not stupid like the rest of its members. Yes I saw that statement of JM telling to waukster how his actions represents the company he is working for regardless if it is his personal opinion, regardless if he puts disclaimers.
I agree, strongly, that what JM did also represents the company he is working for right now. It is his own words against waukster, then he should live by his own words.
If JM is breaking his own words, then he does not deserve the supevisor position for AMDG’s lineage 2 gamemaster. The game is for southeast asia, what a shame it is that the malaysians and singaporeans will know how shameful, low, and lacks self-control a GM they will have.
I also strongly agree that you should have registered your domain name first before whining about it everywhere. I belong to the SEO group, not just locally but internationally, when an american posted about the filcosplay claims about their domain, everybody, as in 100% laughed at you (filcosplay) because they’re in this business longer than anyone of you, and they know how the internet works. If someone registers it before you do REGARDLESS if you have money or not, then don’t whine about it.
File a case and prove your claim, if there is a judge that will honor your case. Why are you not fighting for it on LEGAL TERMS? Afraid? No money? I believe I already suggested to the admins of filcosplay where you can get FREE support for domain disputes but they never listened, they only hear themselves.
And finally, I will say the same thing, you should have registered your names for TradeMark. You are just nothing but a cosplay group, there will be almost zero judges who will entertain your case if your only proof is yahoo groups.
Tell me, if I was able to create a Microsoft Yahoo Groups before Microsoft even existed, then Microsoft is now a huge company, can I sue Microsoft just because I owned a Yahoo Group years before Microsoft Corp was started?
Good luck to you if you say ‘yes’ to that.
Your domain name arguments are laughable, and the world is laughing at you. Learn to accept your mistakes. You lost your domain name, don’t blame other people for that.
Here’s another, give us, the business people a very valid and plausible answer, what if the person or group who registered your domain name is Apple, and redirected it to their new cosplay forums? What is the company that registered your domain is anime.com, and redirected it to their cosplay forums for Filipinos? What will you do? Are you going to whine about it all over the internet? Are you going to face them like you are facing Abundo right now?
Shame on you people, THINK FIRST BEFORE YOU ACT. Oh, I know everything that you are doing, because I always receive your hate mails. Is that a doing of a matured, intelligent human being? Explain yourselves now, this is your only chance to redeem yourselves and gain back the respect of the business community.
Faggot!
Why? still cannot accept reality? Take 2 tablespoon of cyanide at least every 5 mins, that might help 🙂
@scott c. – x marks the stupidity spot… I hope that these people stop whining and die in one corner.
Sorry about that, Issai. The high server load last night caused some glitches. Everything should be okay now.
Oh, and thanks. 🙂
