leela, what i mean is that they should have done another space sheriff that is independent of the previous one. u see the 3 space sheriff series are connected only by the fact that they all belong to the same organization. zaido takes of directly from the events of shaider and uses those events as backstory. and clearly said there that it was a sequel and not a remake.

In terms ng continuity, I doubt TOEI would fully support GMA7 script as part of the continuity. Hence kung bakit at best tinanggap nilang offshoot. Kasi its not OFFICIALLY part of the Space Sherriff canon, pero of course there have been times na may gagawa ng sequel pero its unofficial.
The problem I have with the people who argue against is using ratings, which as flame as even further described doesn’t necessarily count for viewership OR quality of a show. In Youtube it seems to infested with pro-kapuso as well and I love their reasoning of ‘kung ikaw ay mas talento, ikaw ang pumunta sa station at maging director din’. Thats lulz in many ignorant levels.
