I don’t pay much attention to Nielsen, Metal. Even US TV networks are looking for alternative metrics. Local TV networks are satisfied to quibble and boast over meaningless metrics.

I guess you’re right about the torrents. To tell you the truth, I download torrents of movies I want to watch instead of throwing away 190-300 PHP. Originally, my brother introduced me to this “gift” from having an internet access at home and I was able to get great movies originally on limited release anytime I want to watch. It’s just a pity that our local networks haven’t completely grasped the gifts the web is offering for the past few years.
