    abused may seem to be a harsh word. Though I was curious how local ‘filmographers’ get away while foregin ones who do their ‘independent filming’ here get through red tape like the crap they were given.
    Anywho, knowing filipinos this is pretty much how you coined those who nabbed em: Peeping toms.
