flamerounin: About the Kamen Rider Dragon Knight pilot, They did that to pitch the networks. This is a production pilot – the plot and effects are rough, the music is place-holder, and the casting is never final. Case in point: the lead and female lead were both replaced after Dragon Knight was approved and went into actual production. That was never meant for public viewing – it was for advertisers and investors, just to gain interest. Compare this to the ‘lost version’ Day of the Dumpster from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to what aired. They were almost completely different.
