Guys, may natanggap akong message galing dun sa sinasabi kong friend ni Lovi Poe na Shaider fan diumano. Sabi nya, hinga daw muna tayong malalim kasi nadadala lang daw tayo ng emosyon kaya ayaw natin sa Zaido. Ayaw ko nang patulan kasi natatawa na ako saka tinuruan naman ako ng nanay ko na wag papatol sa retarded at bababa lang ako sa mentality nila. Wag na kayong mag-reply dun sa page ni Lovi Poe at bababa lang kayo sa level nila. Hayaan nyo na sila kung ayaw makinig at balang araw matutulad sila sa mga maka-Zaido na sumali dito at dumidikdik sa mga Toku fans dito pero kalaunan eh umurong din. Let’s just improve our Toku Multiply site, ok?
Karakura, whats the dirt on ‘Howard the Duck’? Kasi its unfair na sasabihin nitong ungol na kelangan natin ‘legitimate’ facts when part of showbiz, ung facts ay galing din sa reaction, so as long as na tasteful din ung criticism via blogs, valid din un, as in na parang unofficial source, pero organized well. Its ironic kasi Wiki is known more for its social-info but Howard is ASKING for legitimate web sources? Then again, the Shaider wiki page looks a little ‘lean’ for information. Wala akung alam sa mga fan books galing sa japan tungkol sa metal series… maybe we might have a long weekend finding a japanese toku forum AND using babelfish to see if anyone put up certain resources on books, etc.
Dekabreak, the concept of giving life to a project w/ familiarity is what makes a good product. I’ll even cite American movies based on comics. Sam Raimi has done well w/ spiderman because he loves, respects and has knowledge of the franchise. Ghost rider was a product of bleh, and just because nic cage loves it doesn’t mean he respresented it well.
Dark Orbus, we can’t do anything from that point but consider this: there are still more people who remember shaider well. These kids may like zaido now, but with the wreck the show has been, its not a viable long term franchise. No one will remember it, just like it was the black sheep of the family. There aren’t many universal shows that spark the imagination anymore.
