It’s one thing for fans to imitate show characters. It’s another thing for show characters to imitate show characters. GMA needs to get a life.
pasensya na hah badtrip ako nung napanood ko un eh, pero narealize ko ung cnbi mo MM, as in kagabi pa, na i do have a life. pagpatay ko ng computer ay back normal individual ako uleh. ganun…..hehehe nga pla MM, ayus ba ung mga nilagay kong music? dmi pa sa MP4 ko. lagay pa aku ng kung anu anu dun sa site natin….
The joke is in good taste and I think anonymous’ comprehension of it and relating it to our toku fanaticism was misunderstood. Blame those trekkie fans but they helped allow a franchise from the 70’s sustain itself well up to even in 2000’s where it took a nosedive due to lack of creativity. And I’m not saying the trekkies just love star trek, it also helped pave for good stuff like Babylon 5 and that other Gene Rodenberry written show ‘Earth: Final Conflict’. Much positivity came out of that.
What we are trying to do is connect people who don’t know Toku to what it is. Besides shaider, its been the sentai stuff and kamen rider. GMA7 is riding on the ‘toku’ name through the license but anyone who really knows its just a repackaging of their ‘pinoy teleserya’ storylines in a really lame attempt at action/sci-fi. As opposed to the fans in the segment who came out of admiration to Shatner aka Kirk, we’re out here trying to separate Zaido from the toku connection as it HAS NONE, though GMA tries to say its a ‘homage’, when clearly, its below parody level that still tries to take itself seriously.
