    It suddenly occurs to me that this event happens on Halloween, when people will be in costume anyway. Clever schedulers, those Chileans. 😀

    World Cosplay Summit 2005 champion Francesca Dani was also invited to Chile last year. Those Chileans sure have great taste in cosplay.
