When Filipina gamer-blogger-cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao was mobbed by fans at ToyCon 2008, vastly overshadowing Filipina TV actress Marian Rivera at the event, I speculated that an AlodiaCon was not far off. It’s not impossible for bloggers to get whole conventions centered around themselves and their interests. Alodia’s Anime Look

Filipina cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao, an online celebrity in the Philippines, joined offline celebs like Carlene Aguilar and Abbygale Arenas in judging entries for the Philippine International Cosmetologists Association’s recent hair and makeup contest.
