Dragon Ball Z Mod for Half-Life 2
Remember Bid for Power, the Dragon Ball Z mod for Quake III? That mod provided spectacularly huge battles even on the old Quake III engine.
Imagine what a Dragon Ball Z mod can do, then, with the far superior physics modeling of the Half-Life 2 engine. That’s what the newly released Dragonball Source can deliver.
This release focuses on “The Saiyan Saga” and features 10 playable characters, each with different skillsets, along with 3 maps. The mod also features 2 game modes, “Capture the Dragonballs” and “King of the Hill”, both incorporated into a 4 way Team DeathMatch environment. The mod also features an RPG element into furthering your characters skills, which’ll also save over time, in case you get disconnected from a server, thus not losing any progress you have made.
Dragonball Source is a free fanmod for Half-Life 2, so go download it now. Hope FUNimation doesn’t go copyright trolling to spoil our fun this time, like they did with Bid for Power.

Death Note: Farewell to L
His sacrifice was already foretold in writing. He agonized alone before his betrayer came for him. He even dried the feet of the one who would betray him. This Lenten Season, the anime community mourns the loss of its beloved son: L Lawliet from Death Note.
Part of me is still in shock. I just cosplayed the guy at the Internet Cafe Congress last month.
Goodbye, gentle genius. Justice will prevail.
(I posted another tribute to L at Anime Mashups.)
