Super Mario Bros. creator Shigeru Miyamoto is a game design genius. Thank God he’s not some sick sadistic bastard from 2ch. Otherwise, we might have gotten the most infuriatingly difficult game ever.

Some people have way too much free time on their hands. Engineering students at UCSC create a four-story-high depiction of Donkey Kong — with 6,400 colored Post-It Notes.

This is, without a doubt, the most surreal M.U.G.E.N. gameplay video I’ve ever seen. Homer Simpson in NES Land fights his way through stages of Super Mario Bros., Contra, Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!, and Super Mario Land.

This would actually make a pretty good Simpsons episode.
