We all hate mobile spam, but what if mobile spam came with prepaid load? Would you hate it so much then?

That’s the question posed by Smart as they launch their new ad-supported mobile service, U Mobile. The service launches publicly in June, but I’ve been testing it since Tuesday. I’ve posted my initial impressions over on my other blog.

Nokia N-Gage Service Too Popular?

First, the good news: Nokia’s N-Gage gaming service is now widely available. I just got their email announcement today, as many other Nokia owners probably did.

Now, the bad news: The site is down. Seems the service is too popular for its own good. Makes you wonder just how big the market really is for high-end mobile phone gaming.
