Filipina cosplayer Fatima Camiloza’s rendition of Chun-Li from the Street Fighter series seems to be getting attention in the US. Maybe it’s the combination of her Asian looks and martial arts training. Here she is cosplaying Chun-Li in the Philippines — coincidentally, on Chun-Li’s 40th birthday. Patrick Perlas as Hard Gay is the buffest Filipino cosplayer I’ve ever seen.

I’ve been to a lot of Christmas parties this year, but I haven’t seen anything quite like this: a Tokyo maid cafe Christmas party.
As more Filipino otaku gain more disposable income, we might see a maid cafe in Manila. Then maybe the nightclubs would face some competition for my evenings.
