It's about a matter of time, but she will surpass the age old respected artists and photogs in popularity. Whether it would be real trained skill/ talent or fanboy bias. I dont think it would matter (like mr abundo said). That's business. If a semi experienced techie with model like beauty and anime figs to boot would help sell you more hits and magazines than a 40 yr old hippie geek who has a journalism major and communications degree, people would definetely go for the former.
