Why is it that PNB can’t accept the transfer from my paypal (withdrawal)? PNB told me that they are not affiliated w/ paypal. I’m getting quite unhappy w/ this inconvenience. HELP!

Yes, which bank is the smoothest to open in the philippines and simply receives PayPal Deposits? I think it is much better that the population would switch to PayPal techology.
