Gundam 00 Episode 12: Lockon Versus Graham!
It’s like watching a fight between Han Solo and Char Aznable. Lockon Stratos and Graham Acre duel to a Mexican standoff in Gundam 00 episode 12. Throw in a PTSD-fueled rampage by Setsuna against a jihadist coup d’etat, and you get an episode that perfectly exemplifies Gundam 00’s unique style of stylish-yet-gritty war drama.
No surprise, then, that this is the highest-rated episode of the series so far. This much awesomeness should tide us over until the next episode on January 5.
I’m still on episode three, but this makes me want to go watch them all right now!

Well, this is kinda new, considering the fact that this is Lockon’s first one-on-one battle with another well-skilled pilot. Setsuna has many of that, and even Tiera and Allelujah had their share on episode 10. This is surely a good one ^_^
Lockon’s my favorite Gundam Meister, so I’m glad he gets to show his moves. If the Gundam Meisters walked into a bar, Lockon would pick up the most chicks.

No he didn’t. Both Lockon and Graham fought very well in this duel, battling to a Mexican standoff until they were rudely interrupted.
the thing is.. these meister rely too much on the suits to gain the upper hand. Graham and setsuna’s master dude were using mobile suits far more inferior to the meisters but still able to go toe to toe. teaching those meisters combat 101
