Tokyo Maid Cafe Christmas Party

I’ve been to a lot of Christmas parties this year, but I haven’t seen anything quite like this: a Tokyo maid cafe Christmas party.

As more Filipino otaku gain more disposable income, we might see a maid cafe in Manila. Then maybe the nightclubs would face some competition for my evenings.

Mike, I want to point you to Manga Kissa near Makati Cinema Square. It’s ALMOST a maid cafe, but close enough for today.

Thanks for the tip, Soloista! I’ll check it out. How does it differ from a real maid cafe?

There is actually a manga cafe with maids for waiters in the makati area near Walter Mark (Manga Kissaten)

it is different from “real” japanese maid cafes in the sense that they dont go moe moe on you. They’re basically waitresses dressed as maids

Anon: I guess they need moe training. ;)
