Kelangan may laman ang EON card mo bago i-apply sa PayPal kasi nga kung walang laman, walang makukuhang pera ang PayPal, kasi nga diba may charge ang PayPal na 1.95 USD. So kung walang laman ang EON card mo idedeny ng PayPal automatic ang EON card and that's sad. Depositing at least 100 or 100 pesos in your EON card also means you are getting a transaction history already.
