After speaking before the Philippine Internet Commerce Society, Philippine Senator Loren Legarda speaks to The Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Erwin Oliva about her bill to create the Department of Information and Communications Technology. That’s me in the background chatting with Googlers Aileen Apolo and Franklin Naval.
Hmm… now they are going public, finally. Been telling them that since they started consulting me years ago.
It is still a long way before it comes to fruition. Too many people *ehemm* politicians and *ehemm* money hungry individuals who are against for various reasons…. no comment on who these people are.
