This morning, I tried adding a new MasterCard debit card to my PayPal account. PayPal rejected the card — ten times.     Hi. This blog has been very useful to me. 3 days ago I also added my debit card to my Paypal account for, I guess 5 times. Unfortunately, I was also denied and rejected the same number of times. I am curios to know if you were being replinished by Paypal of the deductions they’ve made. Thank you so much.

    In the Philippines, the only debit card that process online transaction is UnionBank of the Philippines. Not even the giant banks here in the Philippines allow online transactions. You may withdraw your paypal funds to some of our local banks here. However, only Unionbank can add funds to paypal account.
