PayPal Robbed Me
This morning, I tried adding a new MasterCard debit card to my PayPal account. PayPal rejected the card — ten times. When you add a card to an account, PayPal needs to make sure that it is valid–it asks your card company in the background. In order to do that, it is typical to run a temporary $1 authorization; the bank returns an answer on things like address, expiration number, etc. That’s what happened here.
The $1 authorizations will drop off automatically. You can call your bank for more information.

PayPal just emailed. They promise to remove the charges in a few days. Let’s wait and see if they make good on that promise.
What mike here was saying is that the card was rejected, in other words it was not pending verification.
This just shows how much PayPal sees the Philippine e-Market as trash.

people on ebay have caught on to the scam of buying getting the item then saying it has not turned up what really gets me mad is that paypal always take there side if paypal want to gauarantee scamers thay should do it out there own pockets not ours
