I am hoping that the whoever takes over this position would give the company much needed direction. There is much much improvement to be done (if there is still hope for this) as the quality of service with Mobius Flag game MU is just so horrendous. Many of long time players to quit as conditions has become unacceptable.

(the fact that those memos you are talking about are “internal” kinda implies that it’s not information you should be broadcasting to the internet at large, you know what i mean?)
