I have been using GApps since August... and what I really like is the API. It allow Goolge to "grow" an ecosystem. For example we are developing an FREE open source "business application platform" (think salesforce.com). Our first application is working tightly integrated with GOOGLE APPS. http://www.applicationexchange.com.

But there have been some critical voices... special regrading the terms of service etc,,, http://blogs.zdnet.com/BTL/?p=4537
