How to market online? use Friendster, Yahoo mail, or similar places where they can chat and share pictures and another cheaper and offline option is to distribute flyers and posters in Internet cafes.

I’m assuming that most Filipino RF gamers are young, poor, don’t own their own PCs, don’t have Internet access at home, and play for a few hours in Internet cafes. In which case, XFire, blogs, RSS, and other things will not matter. They just want a place where to buy pre-paid cards and play. If they game has local network features, then they will use that to play with other friends in the same cafe.

How to market to them online? Chances are they use Friendster, Yahoo mail, or similar places where they can chat and share pictures, so it might be possible to advertise there. A cheaper and offline option is to distribute flyers and posters in Internet cafes.
