Shame on you on how you talk about the people of PAGASA (it's not spelled as Pagasa). My father's a forecaster and he really works hard day and night and even on Saturdays just to give the public the most accurate and latest weather bulletin. He even stays in the office for a week if he has to especially if there's a typhoon. So don't you dare tell them that they're useless. Tell me, have you done anything for the country that we can really be proud of? Well, I shouldn't be surprised after all because we Filipinos are damn good in pointing fingers at someone's fault.
