The good news is people in the Philippines can now use PayPal to buy stuff.
The bad news is, we can’t use it to sell stuff. That’s what we really need to do.
Oh well. It’s a start. Keep signing the petition for real PayPal in the Philippines, people.

Are you sure that one day paypal will not request your real address for verification ? And what can I do if I already have a verified only send account ?

if you have a Saving / Current account in USA, you can send and recieve fund using your own paypal account.
